Items purchased will be shipped out by Canada Post.  Where possible we will send you a tracking number by email.

REFUND POLICY

Regular Priced Items

If you are not completely satisfied with your regular-priced items, we are pleased to offer you a refund within 14-days of the shipping date or delivery date, whichever is later.

Returned items must be in their original condition unworn and not damaged with the original price tags attached and sales receipt included in the return box.  Once your refund is processed you will be notified by email. Please allow 5-7-days for your return to be processed.

Customers are also responsible for all return shipping costs back to our store in Moose Jaw. 

Items that are on sale are considered a Final Sale and are non refundable.
